I think we have these lighting the forecourt of Blackpool North Station. Perhaps regular train traveller, Mazeteam could confirm this? ;) It's the bulbous bowl which makes the lantern stand out for me. Notice how in the description AEC describe this lantern as a 'historical product'! Not exactly Victorian is it? :lol:

To be honest, I can't answer it, because I haven't been to blackpool for a good few years now! It's either Thursdays or Friday's I go out on travels, and if 'bingo' is on the blackpool route then I may end up over there... but until then I can't make any confirmations!

Is this Philips Modena? These recently replaced Eleco GR200s on the E Lancs Road at Haydock Island

It's a shame those Eleco's went. I wished I took some pictures of them when I had the chance. I've been stuck in many queues on the M6 where I would have got good eye level pictures of them.
