Kirklees will be done shortly although I know that where Queensgate Market is there use to be some flures. lanterns - not sure what type but I am refering from a photograph which ius on a display in Huddersfield. The Holme Valley will be split off under the Kirklees section as the Holme Valley differs slightly to Kirklees.

I had forgotten about the Northolt ones - I have added that in. I'm trying to keep the lantern factfiles "lantern based" without turning them too much into a "here's where they still are" unless location details provide date evidence or illustrate something unusual about the lanterns. The Northolt GSV link from Alex falls into the latter category.

Thanks for adding this :). I do feel they are a fantastic example of unspoilt GEC brick installation which are definitely worthy of mention.

They're looking good Phosco152 :D

I've slightly altered the Reference Section: about page. I once again encourage all members to get involved in editing/creating regional and lantern factfiles.

Cheers, the research takes far longer than writing the words for the Wiki. More to come soon.

A new website has been mentioned on the Yahoo Group that details existing and new installations in Edinburgh. I have added it to the links page.

One superb find is this crescent bracket on what I think is a CU Byway column with an Eleco HW747-12. Sadly its condition is poor.
